Job Description:
- Adhere to schedule/timelines.
- Maintain effective working relationships (Interpersonal) with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to Organization policies and procedures.
- Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.
- Ensure appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks.
- Comply with the defined process during task execution.
- Provide periodic task-level updates as required
- Participate in daily standup calls and weekly calls
- Participate in the creation of Weekly and Monthly reports to Clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Translate detail from a patient’s medical documents, such as physician’s notes, lab reports, procedures, and diagnoses into universal medical codes to maintain accurate medical records.
- Healthcare providers and insurance companies use these standardized codes for billing and record-keeping. Current ICD 10
- Responsible for assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes to inpatient and/or outpatient hospital services, along with services rendered in skilled nursing facilities, free
standing clinics and other places of service by providers
Make sure that codes are assigned correctly · Complying with medical coding guidelines and policies.
