ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

  3. Source and screen potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments.

  4. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus hiring.

  5. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate databases and workflow.

  6. Negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and budget.

  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  9. Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate and improve hiring processes.

  10. Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring teams and candidates.

  2. Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  3. In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.

  4. Sound interviewing and assessment abilities to identify qualified candidates.
