Job Description:

- Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
- To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with the first level
- operations and investigate faults/causes related.
- Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
- Operations/CC center
- To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions
and solutions
