Key Responsibilities:

 • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, establishing trust and ensuring a unified channel of communication.

 • Conduct regular employee coaching sessions to guide and support individuals throughout their career journey, fostering appropriate expectations and bridging cultural gaps. 

• Provide comprehensive support throughout the process of connecting employees to projects, assisting them in identifying optimal internal roles aligned with their interests and aspirations.

• Facilitate high-touch, one-on-one career discussions to ensure a personalized and inclusive Career Experience.

 • Take accountability for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement, ensuring timely closure through performance counseling.

 • Assist employees in navigating the organization, offering guidance on broader performance and career goals. 

• Function as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle, actively contributing to annual compensation reviews and the administration of variable pay.

 • Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices. 

• Partner with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable talent for development programs. 

• Recognize and address business needs for special projects driven by the group’s unique requirements, such as engagement initiatives, attrition management, and change management.


Eligibility Criteria:

 • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Preferred skills:

 • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and a human touch, emphasizing end-to-end ownership of tasks.

 • Possess effective communication skills, including the ability to coach and advise employees.

 • Collaborate with associated teams in an agile and proactive manner, fostering efficient teamwork.

 • Exhibit a passion for the HR domain and a genuine interest in contributing to organizational well-being.

 • Share outcomes and best practices at a regional level with Account Business Leads, Regional HR, and HR Business Partners, promoting knowledge exchange.
