Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate effective, articulate, and professional written and oral communication skills in the English language.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as necessary, to resolve Selling Partners issues and inquiries.
