Job Description:
- Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to conduct manual audits and address outliers/exceptions.
- Identify developing trends in audits and help to process/program improvement.
- Provide timely response to stakeholders on associated tasks in accordance with SOP and SLA.
- Systematically escalate concerns to appropriate owners/teams using a predetermined method.
- Keep track of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meet business KPIs and targets, including SLA, productivity, quality, and utilisation standards.
- Understand the performance measures for driving corporate objectives.
- Work in a collaborative setting and contribute to the success of your team/program.
- Develop a global perspective and comprehend the intricacies of the numerous locations in which Amazon works.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and apps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
