INDIGO OFF CAMPUS RECRUITMENT 2023– EXECUTIVE – SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make sure you have adequate threat assessment and response resources.
Uphold standards in accordance with the needs of the company.
Meeting departmental objectives and monitoring
Carry out tasks in accordance with the Security Programme
Continuously check the Quality System and the degree of compliance.
Uphold performance expectations and complete your shift afterward.
Maintain high standards of quality
Maximise resources Obtain and preserve the abilities needed to carry out work duties
Recognize the guidelines, policies, and procedures for emergency response
Follow work procedures in accordance with business specifications.
Have a growth conversation with the team leaders.
Prevent stealing and pillaging of business assets
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Evaluate and examine any vulnerabilities and security issues.
Inspire and manage a security staff.
Create plans to control and lessen security threats.
When there are security incidents, give instructions and direction.
Create and carry out crisis management plans.
Create and implement security guidelines and protocols.
Oversee and plan how to handle security issue reactions.
Verify adherence to industry norms and laws.
Effectively communicate with managers, staff members, and outside stakeholders.
Explain complicated security issues in an easy-to-understand way.
