RESPONSIBILITIES :
In charge of attending to client needs, which may include but are not restricted to taking calls in a queue, replying to emails from clients, addressing chat support inquiries, and offering on-call assistance for technical problems after hours.
Including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing, and security, support end-user devices and peripherals.
Supporting end users in receiving IT break-fix requests from clients across numerous entry points, resolving IT break/fix issues, and elevating issues to the relevant team are examples of support activities.
First-line help desk: address fundamental level 1 and certain level 2 problems, such as remotely debugging hardware and software problems (usually Windows, Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Android Phone Support, MDM, AirWatch, etc.)
It is preferred to have experience with devices used in the retail sector, such as printers, switches, routers, POS systems, and Zebra systems.
Follow up after a resolution to assist with inquiries or issues.
Investigate topics and fix technological concerns.
Producing and maintaining knowledge pieces and supporting procedures
ELIGIBILITY :
Experience Fresher- 2 Years of exp
Candidates with technical experience or good technical knowledge should only apply.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an SVAR score of 65 or above.
Exceptional ability to multitask.
Exceptional ability to adapt and learn new platforms and skills on the fly.
Exceptional sense of urgency
