Ability to understand the issue and
resolve the miscellaneous queries

Relevant experience in
International Voice Process
·
Excellent Communication
Skills (verbal and written)

Should be comfortable working for
24/7
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
· Eligibility requirements include having a
least Graduate.
· Being passionate about providing excellent
customer service.
· Having a good typing speed, being fluent in
written and spoken English.
· Being able to perform well under pressure and
with little supervision.
· Being a quick learner who can meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, including
weekends and holidays, and have flexibility with time.

Probe and troubleshoot customer
queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
